Schedule and Regulations
The school is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM for the playroom, after-school care, and afternoon courses.
The school shifts are as follows:
-
First shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (breakfast only)
-
Second shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with lunch)
-
Third shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with lunch and snack)
Early entry is available from 7:00 AM, and late pick-up is available until 6:00 PM. Parents wishing to use early entry (before 8:00 AM) or late pick-up (after 4:00 PM) must notify the school office in advance.
Applications for the 2020/2021 school year must be submitted by April 2020 and require payment of ten monthly fees (September–June). Absence of the child does not exempt the signatory from paying the full annual fees. Upon payment of the first fee of the school year, a €100 deposit is required for early and/or late hours.
The school follows the same calendar as public schools. For the Summer Camp 2020 (July), the application form must be submitted by March 15, 2020.

Ensure the child has a handkerchief in the pocket of the green-and-white checkered apron (also available at the school).

Do not enter the school with the child.

-
Provide the child with a backpack containing a full change of clothes.
-
Parents are directly responsible for supervising their child at the time of pick-up, even if still within the school premises.
Note: The school management reserves the right to modify the regulations during the school year. Non-compliance with the rules may result in appropriate measures, including suspension or termination of the child’s attendance, even during the school year.
